I wear size 11 dress shoes and size 12 running shoes. I only have a B width foot so finding shoes sucks, especially here in Australia where they seem to ignore ladies with big feet!

I'm 5'11.5", 167lb and I eat 2000-2100 to lose and 2500-2600 to maintain. I use the TDEE method and custom goals on MFP and only thus only track food and not exercise calories burned. Eating 2000-2100 is hard but am so close to BF% goal so it's not long until I can eat more food again! :)

I would trust any of it except for a DEXA scan, which can be had fairly cheaply these days. Calipers are the next best option IMO but depends on the skill of the operator. The scales and any kind of tape measure methods are terrible.

I'm 181cm (5'11.5") and weigh 78kg (172lb). I lift weights and have low body fat and high muscle mass compared to most females. Depending on your bone structure, I think anywhere from 70-80kg is a good weight to aim for.
