Perfect. I saw it on eBay for about $50 at the lowest price...that's not bad. But I'll wait until I finish Phase III....so another 40 days. Normally only 90, but I have the week in Canada in there. So....finish this recovery week...I'd say by the end of September, sooooo October. Oooh! New Goal!

You can do CLX at home, right? I'm thinking of buying it next, as a reward for finishing P90X (I have one more Phase left). I probably will incorporate it with P90X and Insanity...but we'll see. If I even get it.

Eat them back. When you're burning that many calories, your body needs the fuel. Take it from someone who DIDN'T always eat them back. I became weak, my workouts eventually started to suffer.

I quit. I used Chantix, though I only used it for a week. Partly because I didn't need it and partly b/c of the crazy dreams it gave me. Whenever I felt the desire to smoke, I took a short walk instead. The same thing I do when I feel the urge to binge. It helps, and you get a little exercise instead!

Absolutely not! I have my daily protein coffees - basically, iced flavored coffee of my choice (chocolate, hazelnut, strawberry, caramel...) with a scoop of my chocolate whey protein powder. And I usually have another cup at one point throughout the day. I love my flavored coffee and won't give it up unless the caffeine…
