I also fall into the category of several others above... I have tried the whole "eating until I'm satisfied" thing and my brain just doesn't seem to understand that yet (I have dieted for over 20 years now). So I gained weight. I have now recently started back to logging all my foods and seeing where I'm at with carbs/etc.…

I drink 2 cups in the morning... pretty much every morning... and occasionally if it's VERY cold outside I will have 1 or 2 cups in the afternoon. Always with heavy cream, no sweetener. :drinker:

I'm still debating on a tablet... I bought a netbook 2 years ago and only use it when we travel. My netbook is an Asus eePC... they have great customer support!
