I'm not sure where you live, but if this is your intent... please make sure you check out your city/county health code first. In some areas this is OK as long as they are 2 separate kitchens... in some areas it's not ok at all. I owned a regular bakery in another state and there were very strict rules on any "home based"…

Great post Jovia!! I use my wooden cutting board for everything. All those chefs can't be wrong! I stopped buying ALL low fat and reduced fat foods about a year ago now.... so many of those foods are filled with chemicals and tons of sodium to make up for what they took away.

This... and an extra fridge and a full size freezer in the basement/garage.

I like lemon in my water sometimes just because of the taste.... I don't know if it "does" anything.

I agree, if it's highly seasoned it should be ok. That being said butter has a high moisture content and sort of evaporates in high heat. I would use coconut oil or 50/50 oil butter.

Do you have it set to sync with both Google Contacts and FaceBook Contacts??? Stop that FB syncing! That will solve the "low memory" issues. Message me if you need help. :) Oh and obviously - move the majority of your apps over to your SD card. ;)

You don't "need" 4G... it's really only available in a few major cities right now... http://network4g.verizonwireless.com/pdf/VZW_4G_LTE_Coverage_Map.pdf It's also been rumored that carriers may charge (or start charging) more for 4G service than 3G... so check with your carrier first!!

I'm casting another vote for greek yogurt... I usually have greek yogurt with fresh fruit. Sometimes I will have hard boiled eggs. Sometimes I make egg salad. Sometimes I make chicken salad. I'm a bit of a "non-traditional" breakfast eater though. :)

And actually answering your question.... I like to make my own trail mix with nuts, dried fruits, maybe a little chocolate (shhh, it's vacation!). I also pack protein bars and have packed whole apples before. If you want something a little more "meal" like, pick up a small salad at one of the gate shops (and a big bottle…

Actual peanut butter MAY be considered a liquid/gel item by the TSA agent screening you.... take it from someone who had a couple of the single serve Jif things taken away from them. :grumble: I was told by TSA that even food items that are spreadable/liquid/squeezeable have to be under 2-3 oz and placed into your ziploc…

Well said! I will never be "skinny"... I've always had a very "stout" body, but not "curvy" either.... so does that make me boyish?

What about "fajita pizza"? You can either mix salsa with the sauce or plop a little cold salsa on top of the pizza when it's done cooking (I prefer option #2 but only because I like my salsa cold). Chicken + onion + bell pepper... add some cheddar to the usual pizza cheese

The US needs to figure out it's insurance system... which now is basically run by the drug companies. As a standard middle class person, when I get laid off - I'm not able to afford COBRA, and certainly not able to afford private insurance.... but I still do not qualify for any other kind of assistance. :grumble:
