She seems very immature and you certainly deserve better. You need to be done with her for good. Trust me, I know it's hard now, but you just have to do what's best for you. I tend to do the same as you, though I have heard what 'c3lxxx' is talking about. I wonder if it really matters? If my smallest meal is breakfast, and I burn those calories throughout the day, that will leave me with a deficit that I'll eventually fill in with other meals. Do you think it really matters?

It depends on how much I work out, if I'll eat them or not. I prefer not to have eaten over 1600 - 1800 calories a day regardless (my goal is 1400), but that isn't to say that I never do.
