Very important point on the knees. I feel that, too when I do her DVDs if I'm not careful to properly squat.

You're absolutely right! But it will get easier. I did that a couple of years ago, moved to level 3 and then the boost your metabolism dvd...it got easier. Keep up the good work! I'm just starting back after not exercising so I'm right there with you now...For now, I'm just getting into the fitness groove by walking. Baby…
