Anyone can feel free to add me too :)

Oh wow, you look so great! Well done!

I did Insanity once and I loved it. I definitely saw myself gaining muscle but I didn't notice a fat loss, although as my weight/inches didn't change as a result of gaining muscle I assume I must have from somewhere. I did get bored of it though by the end of the second month and I couldn't wait for it to be over - doing…

I've tried a few exercise videos too and I didn't mind them, but I found them quite boring some days and I just wanted a change. I've done 30DS several times and it's short enough to not get bored with, although isn't too much of a challenge if you're not just starting out. I've done some of Jillian's weight videos too…

Anyone can feel free to add me too if they want! I try and log every day so hopefully we can all motivate each other along :)

Moderation all the way, purely cause I couldn't live without ice cream! I do cut back completely though if I have some sort of event where I want to feel comfortable - I have a wedding to attend next month so a week or two before I'll cut out all junk food, just in an attempt to reduce bloating. It works for me and because…

You didn't put all that weight on in a day and you won't lose it in a day, so don't stress over days where you did no exercise or where you ate something indulgent - just accept that it's perfectly acceptable to have a rest and treat yourself once in a while and this is the true meaning of being healthy!

I do a weight loss video every day, which ranges anywhere between 30-90 minutes, and then either a 40 minute run or a 60 minute Zumba class in the evening. I don't want to overwork myself, but honestly I see working out as more of a hobby and I don't really want to take a session away. Plus, it makes rest days so much…

I never had an Oreo until I was about fifteen, so as much as I like them, I prefer other biscuits that I grew up with. Although my New Year's resolution was to give up biscuits for 2014, so I probably shouldn't be thinking about Oreos.

I don't like exercising on an empty stomach so I always make sure I have something before I exercise in a morning. Usually it'll be a few pieces of fruit and then I have my larger breakfast when I get back, although if I'm especially hungry I'll have a Weetabix.

Shaun T's Max Recovery and a 60 min Zumba class!

In general I prefer working out in the morning. When I do DVDs I find its easier to motivate myself and keep to a schedule in the mornings and anything like swimming or the gym tends to be emptier; When I run I normally do so late afternoon, although now it's warmer in the mornings I'll do whichever. I used to workout…

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. My mum died on Easter day this year, although hers was from cancer. For me, I haven't struggled since she died with exercise, as my struggle was happening before she died - obviously I was not going to waste the little time I had left, so I didn't exercise for a good month or so prior to…

I know I've been eating around 1300 calories because I'm a really picky eater. I basically eat the same stuff now as I did back then and I've always kept to the same routine of eating my meals at the same time, eating one of a few meals each time, so for instance my breakfast was always a bowl of cereals with a banana,…
