You could try to search for healthier options for what you may be craving too. I do know the feeling of getting a craving during menstruation, but it's best to either ignore them or go for something healthier than what you have in mind.

You might be under eating. If you feel hungry, I suggest eating more protein so that you feel satisfied and full.

Do you exercise? If so, you should consider the possibility of gaining weight due to your workouts, but I do agree with others that at your current weight you seem underweight.

I would say continue to do a walking routine, but if you have hills your area, try walking up those hills too. You could also try step ups or cycling.

My exercise consisted of 26 minutes of cardio/jogging.

I have to agree with the statement above. If you lose a pound a week, you are doing excellent. You don't want to lose quicker than that because you'll likely be losing muscle mass too. Regardless, you should continue what you are doing and keep counting your calories too.

It's better in the long run if you change your lifestyle. You don't have to be as strict either. If you count your calories and stay within macros, you'll be golden.

When I have a sweet craving, I go for a piece dark chocolate or something that won't get foo far off track. You could try eating fruits that are sweet too instead of cookies or spoonfuls of sugar.

You shouldn't count vegetables as part of low carb. I recommend counting carbs that are from breads, pastas, and other sources of food if you want to stick with the low carb regimen.
