I weigh myself in the morning every other day- I don't like seeing the number stay the same and I know my weigh doesn't really fluctuate from day to day that much.

I love swimming, it's always been a passion of mine. Competitively and just for fitness. Another thing I have been enjoying is the youtube channel blogilates, she has some amazing workouts on there. I also go for a jog when it's warm enough.
