Did it for a 8 days in October, then quit. Started last week but quit again. Started today again, and determined to stick to it this time. Struggling a lot with the pushups.

I too have had similar issues. I'm highly motivated in the beginning but it slowly wanes out whenever there's an emotional disturbance. I need support from buddies to keep me motivated. Please feel free to add me. I've always done great when I'm working out with others.

You are just amazing. Congrats on your achievement. But I really don't get the 'eating back exercise calories' thing. It is said that you can't build muscle without eating back calories. But you have such great muscle mass by eating only 1200. Someone enlighten me plz ..
