thanks for the info! i was told from the hospital i cant exercise [i have been admitted for severe asthma twice this year and twice ive been to the walk in] so they said a carb restricted diet, and i keep my carbs between 80-142 and i do strength training still, i just need to raise my protein! :)

I love cheddar chex mix, almonds or some pepperoni with cheese :)

I've also read to always do strength training first then cardio...it helps you burn more fat that way! Hope this helps! :D

i keep telling myself that i will be healthier and it's worth it in the end because i WILL be healthier and making healthier choices and ill be able to fit in nicer clothes and feel happier about myself and my self esteem :)

I have the same problem! What I actually do is buy Hawaiian punch packets that are like $1 at Wal-Mart and its 5 calories for a half a packet, I normally use the whole packet though which is 10 calories then...but it has no sugar in it. Or do what Justin said and use Crystal Light! Good luck! :)

Zumba is fun! It is a really big calorie burner! Although I only play on the Playstation 3, but I only do about 20 mins worth since I can't fully do more than that since I have severe asthma, but trust me it's fun and a real calorie burner! :D
