i work out in the late mornings! normally around 10 or 11! i have no energy to do early morning before breakfast, which is recommended. i need some sort of a small carb intake for breakfast! :)

from what i see everyone else is saying, dont worry about going negative if youre eating fruits and veggies...thats natural sugar its different from processed sugar thats in candy and soda :)

i just finished level 1, day 2 today! its really intense, i cant fully push myself though, i do it to the best of my pushing lol i have severe asthma so i dont want to just pass out while doing it because of an asthma attack LOL hoping to see results at the end of the 30 days! i say its good so far! :)

i normally stay the same weight or gain at least a lb, i still stick to my diet but not fully, they say for TOM to not be on your diet fully but still watch it.

that is helpful info! i have severe asthma and have been in and out of the hospital! i used to be worse as a kid with the heat, ever since i turned 21 it has become severe and now the cold bothers me!!!

im not sure but i know an hour class on average a person burns 600-800 calories...but everyones body is different! you need a HRM :D

im similar! im 5'1 and im 161 right now! i was 191 when i started MFP and 196 before starting! i want to be 115! i zigzag my calories and am trying to up my water intake! i cant wait to get the rest of my weight off :)

i wouldnt see why not...i know there are some people that have their carbs in the morning to have energy throughout the day!

awwww! im sorry! i do believe you have got this! put your mind to it, but do it at your own pace! maybe you should contact your doctor and see what you can do! i have severe asthma and its hard in general to exercise! you just need to know what YOU need to do so you dont hurt yourself! :( add me! <3
