If you have a fitbit I wouldn't log it since it'll do it's own adjusment based on your "unusual" extra steps but if not then I would do the 2.5 hours at 2.0mph as you had originally planned

Don't let it get too you it happens. Are you eating food that'll fill you up I tend to eat 1/2 a serving of oatmeal and that helps me get that full feeling. Do. Your eat your exercise calories back? Have you already worked out for today?

How many kids do you have I workout at home sometimes during nap time opsometimes not and the kids join. I also take my double stroller and put my 4 yo and 2 yo and walk 2.5 miles when possible.

I have a 2 ydd...when I was pregnant with her I got my AF the first 5 months I was lucky to find outi was pregnant at 6 weeks(went to get birth control) and I still freaked out every month cause it's just not "normal".
