Thanks for the ideas and support....most of you. I usually try to keep the things I eat healthy such as grapes or cauliflower but it seems like I still end up opening the fridge trying to find something else. Sorry to have posted the obvious. Was just hoping to gripe a bit. Thanks everyone!

Women have a higher essential body fat percentage due to breasts and reproduction cycles. That isn't to say that a woman with lower body fat is less healthy, however.
