Man, I wish. Those numbers are total for the workout, at the moment 5 sets of 30. By the end it'll be 100 consecutive though! I use perfect pushups for the first ~75, after that I need to switch to normal because the strain with the other exercises kicks my butt too hard to keep the rotation going. The first few days with…

"I like eating this little and drinking this much, I'm not forcing myself, therefor it is fine." Excuses... you wanted advice and you got it! I know this sounds a little blunt, but deal with it and take the advice. Keep it up, three weeks is NOTHING. How long did it take you to put on the weight?

Another guy reporting in, I love MFP. In response to your questions... 1. I exercise solely with calisthenics for strength training. I feel that this is something that way too many people overlook, even though it's a core part of things like "P90x", etc. How do they think people used to do it? Currently doing ~150 pushups,…

There is enough calories in healthy foods...? You're not trying hard enough! Cheese, cheese, cheese! Nuts, oil, etc. Not hungry... hrm, could it be because your metabolism isn't working? Like, because you're not eating enough and you're in "starvation mode?" :) Unless you make that cheesesteak yourself you probably have no…

If your food diary is accurate, some days you're not eating nearly enough. I see you're working out because your daily calorie needs fluctuate wildly, but you're not eating those calories back. You NEED to do this when you're 800+ calories under your goal for the day. You are also eating so little most days! I don't know…

Nth'ing what everyone else has said. Bluntly put, you need to do better. I know everyone is trying not to hurt your feelings, and neither am I, but you NEED to take your limits and recommendations from MFP more seriously. Recording everything you eat doesn't magically make the weight disappear; it's a tool to enable you to…

You can disagree with him if you want, but you don't need to attack or dismiss him by saying it's all about money. Dismissing it like that is a logical fallacy - just because he says it doesn't work for people on an internet forum doesn't mean everyone he convinces is going to show up at his gym. More than likely no one he…

Just want to chime in and say that I think the OP is spot-on. I know there's a P90x fanbase and a lot of 'true believers' here, but he's right when he says it's not for everyone (most people). Most people need sustainable routines and lifestyle changes... if that's what P90x gives you, more power to you, but I agree that…

For anyone else who's interested, I think this is a very interesting article for those looking at 'plateaus': http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/the-instinct-diet/200903/plateaus-why-they-happen-and-how-get-through-them As all of us know... weight loss is as hard mentally as it is physically. Lots of times you just need…

Keep it up! I noticed results in about a month when my parts started falling off :) You don't necessarily need to exercise a ton to lose the weight either - it's all about the calorie deficit. Walk as much as you can and the weight WILL come off. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. You don't need to run or do…
