I'm really sorry, but negative calorie foods are a myth, with the exception of ice and cold water. Negative calories are a myth. Think about it this way- there are animals that maintain their weight on a diet of grass. You could gain weight with eating only celery and cucumber if you tried hard enough :P Note: Don't only eat celery and cucumber, you need lots of other stuff in your diet too!

What chocolate bars have 500-600 calories? The highest I've seen is 300.

It works really well for a lot of people :D Just be careful with it if you get low blood sugar or faint easily. Def check with your doctor first, especially if you have any medical conditions :)

I drink Diet Coke. I can't stand the taste of normal Coke, but I love the diet version! :) If I have a soft drink, it has to be diet. Sugar gives me a headache and makes me sick, so I try to limit my intake. Sweeteners have no negative effects on me personally! If you wanna research, make sure the studies you find are good…

Actually there are a lot of other factors that come into the equation, like socioeconomic status, social environment, culture, environment, history, biology, resources available, policies and legislation etc. You can't blame the person when they have so many factors influencing them and their behaviour :)

Why stay way clear of diet? It's been proven time and time again that the health risks that people associate with sweeteners are unfounded. Personally, I consider sugar to be worse for my health than sweeteners.

For some reason, when I'm drunk, all I want is protein, but I don't usually mix food and alcohol. I'll take a bite of something and not like the texture and spit it out. I can eat chips drunk though. For hangovers, I drink Powerade (electrolyte drink) and eat beef jerky :D Works like magic!

Same here. I have a family history of gall bladder issues, and I don't process fat very well (I feel very ill). I'd rather keep my gall bladder than eat chicken skin, thanks! :)

I just don't like the taste or texure of fat :) It doesn't agree with me. I feel horribly sick if I eat cream! I just like lean better :)

I've heard about that, but I don't think I could do that... I mean, it would be so mean to make the employees do all that extra work, just to give me unsalted fries, and then negate it all with a packet of salt! I'd rather just not get them xD I don't really like them anyways :)

I eat there maybe twice a year? I'm usually okay because I just have a salad, but if I try to eat a burger or something, I feel ill for the whole rest of the day. A bit nauseous, very headachey.
