I met with a client today, who I hadn't seen in just over a year and the first thing she noticed was how much weight I lost. When I told her I lost 65 pounds she gave me a hug lol. It was funny because she just kept brining up how much I had lost. It felt good to hear, because I don't notice it that much.

I actually stood up from the couch the other night and when I started to walk towards my bedroom, I noticed for the first time my lower body just felter lighter and smaller. It was weird. One of my coworkers pulled me aside today and told me I lost a lot of weight and said I looked great. She then asked me what my secret to losing weight was, and I just said eating less and moving more. It felt great, because I don't notice it as much as others have. Gave me the extra push to keep doing what I'm doing :)
