My only "free" days are things like my birthday, Holidays, vacations, etc. I don't shove as much junk into my body as possible those days, but I let myself just enjoy the day, usually don't log and don't feel guilty. Otherwise if I want something any other day I just fit it into my daily goal.

Thanks, maybe I will do it that way, I know I ate at TDEE yesterday. I didn't eat at TDEE any of the other days but a couple of those days I ate over my 15% cut. That makes sense though, don't know why I didn't just think to just make it 7 days in a row, not a Sunday through Saturday deal......

Not so cut and dry. Right now I have hips and boobs that add curve and shape to my body. The smaller size I get the smaller my cup size and a surprise to me and people who always knew me with curvy hips, I actually have a more "up and down" look to my hips. Not curvy at all.
