I have had many nurses from different offices say how the scales at doctor offices are never calibrated and they don't really give much thought with weight since it fluctuates so much. So depending on the scale it can be way off. Yes, every time I go to the doctor its always with a full belly! :flowerforyou:

I am working on cutting back and learning to take full rest days. So far I cut my running down from 6 days a week to 3-4. I stopped doing Jillian Michaels DVDs and now strength train with hand weights 3 days a week and don't run on those days. Thats what I was figuring, heavier weights. I feel it, but i can get through all reps until the third set to where I struggle a bit. I am working on buying more weights but right now I just can't buy a bunch at a time. I am hoping to find a used set.
