The one I routinely eat is 1/3 cup ground oats, 2 beaten eggs and one mashed banana. Mix well and cook. They puff up nicely and I eat fruit and redi whip on top.

I eat this most mornings, but add a smashed up banana to it. It makes 3 nice sized pancakes.

I tried the oatmeal version this morning topped with peanut butter...loved it! Will be trying the pumpkin version tomorrow

Vacation is over...back to exercising with Leslie! I walked 2 miles last night and it felt wonderful....

I just returned from the Dells.....they have Culvers, Mcdonalds, Arbys, Jimmy johns, KFC, Subway, Dennys, Burger King, Cracker Barrel and Famous Daves.......just to name a few......not to mention the Dunkin Donuts that I tried, unsuccessfully, to avoid:blushing:

I traveled all the way to Minnesota today and on to Iowa state fair tomorrow.....8 hours of traveling and no exercise:cry: I have no idea how I will be able to eat healthy at this huge fair.....wish me luck!

I bought her dvd 5 day walk plan and went 3 miles...what a workout and I am loving it!

I eat Quaker quick oats with peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder and splenda most mornings. Just put 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk in mocro for 2:20 minutes. Add 1 tblsp peanut butter, 1 tblsp unsw cocoa and splenda to taste. It holds me for hours.
