Music doesn't "Move me"...what "moves me" is when people take responsibility for their own situations, quit blaming society or their environment, and start to initiate change. That moves the hell out of me!

That's because they aren't the same kind of exercise. Elliptical being cardio, while insanity is a mix of HIIT/Strength training. Simply put they don't engage the same fibers in the muscles, don't have the same demands on the body, and don't produce the same effects.

I personally don't believe the "word" is the culprit. If someone is going to verbally attack someone else, I don't think it matters if the word is a swear word or not, the tone and message are what matters.
