  • Bring your own munchies - carefully measured out nuts, cheese sticks, etc. There are a lot of things that you can measure and take with you that are 100 calories or less. Just stay out of the break room, or take your snacks with you. I actually do better at work than at home!
  • I cook it in one of those mini - crock pots and put in the fridge to eat all week long. Over the course of the week I eat a poached egg over warmed quinoa for breakfast, add it to soups, casseroles, meatballs, meatless burgers, etc. There are many recipes online if you search on google or pintrest.   • not over eating last weekend. The last two have been a total bust! I've been doing the 5:2 for about 3 weeks and the work week has been holding, not the weekend. And This morning my DH got me out of bed to do a 20 minute yoga session with my 30 minute elliptical walk. Hope I am able to continue this.
  • Tunturi C60 - they don't even make them anymore. I got one about 8 years ago. It is great!! Had it in the shop a couple of years ago and it cost $150 to fix. I use it mainly in the winter when it's too cold outside to walk. I had to use the treadmill for a year in between maintenance and did not like it at all.

  • You can make an easy salad with hard boiled eggs and put Caesar dressing on it. It is quite easy and tasty!
