really depends on the day, but I try to net 1280 (some days I go over and just move the calories to another day over time to make up for it or I just work out more for the next few days meaning I'm netting a bit less but today is actually an accurate account of what I've had so far)

@minipony good job! That's awesome.

Do you live in the UK because US and UK sizing are 4 sizes apart... if you get a 6 US size, it would be 10 UK...

Me too, I keep checking on here to see if anyone has posted, its a pretty quiet group so far but I do check around 4-5 times a week

Hey, I've had EDNOS in the past, never properly recovered. The most problematic of my behaviors was Try to keep myself losing at a healthy rate, even though I find it difficult to not go to extremes. I would love some support/to give support

OP you have an unrealistic view of how much you should be eating, hence why you got to 200 lbs in the first place. You are eating too much to lose weight. Restricting your calories is how you lose weight. It is bad if you restrict your calories under 1200. Then it is a problem. You are complaining because losing weight is…

"and so far I have averaged that the past 3 weeks I can manage on around 1500-1700 calories." So why do you want to eat more aka 2000. It sounds like you want to lose quite a bit of weight, and the first bit does come off faster. Don't try to follow some diet plan. Do what's working for you.

I agree... sometimes you gotta go homemade. I tried something that I really like. Its not a brownie, but I'm sure you could adjust the recipe to make it heavier in consistency. 1/2 container of flavored greek yogurt (45 calories for the amount I used and about 50 g of yogurt) 1 tbsp chocolate whey protein powder (30 cals)…

I am dealing with binging too. I find that binging partially comes down to still not being able to deal with things in your life in a healthy way. Also, you said you only restrict or binge. Perhaps you are eating too few calories and then get very hungry and binge because you were so hungry? This is something that…

Okay, well you might want to try not show your daughter that its okay to binge eat chocolate. Personally, I very much noticed when my father would binge eat junk food at night, and as a kid, I would sit and watch tv with my father and join in on whatever snacking he was doing. This is a habit that I now have a problem…

The only thing I've tried that I can stand is their salad dressing, but I've only tried the marshmallow dip and chocolate peanut butter spread. It just tastes so off.

While I see your frustration and wanting to be a certain weight, perhaps those extra pounds are what you need to stop binging. Though perhaps go back to the counselor that helped you the first time with binging if you are concerned. I don't you gained 2 pounds back to, so just realize the slip up, and continue on with what…

Favorite bar/one that I eat the most: Quest double chocolate chunk Favorite Salty Snack (if I want something really low calorie): Celery and honey mustard (weird but omg, I love it) If I don't care about calories: Stove-oil-popped popcorn with salt Favorite Sweet: this is difficult because I love all sugary things

So while its not always best to eat packaged sweetened yogurt (better to add it yourself, probably have less sugar), its not really that big of a deal. That sugar is looking at natural and added sugar. This is why it should be separated out (into natural and added sugar). It is accounting for lactose, which is a sugar. In…

Probably, but I am way to anxious to get any real help. So that's fun

Yeah I guess most people just realize that they are eating to little and react rationally. Gosh, sounds so simple. Once I get focused on doing one thing, I find it very difficult to not follow my exact plan of how I want to do that thing. It is very ridiculous. I just want to say to bad to what my body wants... I just…

I'm not sure what your macro's are like (aka if your getting enough protein, which for a lot of people causes sugar cravings) or maybe its a purely habitual thing. For me it is a bit of both. If its been a while since a meal, even though its still not super healthy, I will have a protein bar (pure protein and detour and oh…

For one clothes stretch. For two you probably lost weight in your thighs/hips (which btw pretty darn envious of you cause that's where I need to lose).
-
Darn, I kind of figured this. I just get inpatient with the whole process... For the most part, now that I started to noticeably lose weight, I just can't believe how big I was to begin with... :(

I'm in! Definitely!
-
Okay cool, thanks for the advice... I do want to lose some more weight anyways
-
Tough love might work. I'm not sure. I get what your saying. Although I'm not sure I've hit the low point where I want to try to get better.
-
None of this seems achievable. I was going to try for maintenance but was at my goal. And then worked out twice for an hour each time of cardio, so I atleast burned off yesterday's whoops. This is probably not good. But from a weightloss perspective its great

@LAWoman72 please do give me any advice you have. My anxiety prevents me from seeking help
-
Basically, I just stress about everything. The car thing I could wait till fall/ my sisters wedding is also in the fall. I need to be her MOH because we are really close. I think perhaps, I will just change my goal to maintenance for a week or 2. Might help me relax a bit.

Nope, I have not seen anyone about this for atleast a year or 2 (recovered on my own somehow, because I have too much anxiety to deal with strangers)

1. Favorite ice cream flavor? Mint Chocolate 2. Favorite pop tart? I haven't actually had enough to know. I did used to like the blueberry one, and chocolate is okay 3. Favorite chips? Old Dutch Ketchup 4. Favorite snack cracker? Rice crackers (crunchmaster four cheese) 5. Favorite chocolate candy? cookies and cream bar or…

So basically I would recommend adding in some protein to your breakfast, maybe cook your oatmeal with milk or if your allergic to dairy, add a plant based protein powder. I also wouldn't bother with reduced fat pb as its around 10 calories difference but the reduced fat pb normally has a bunch of other junk added to it. If…

I can't probably give you the best advice, as when I had EDNOS (and was purging just not the extent of your son's purging. Also not as long) I honestly wish my parents pushed more with me getting help. They basically left it up to me to get into a clinic, and did not push me with therapy/treatment so I quit. Which I think…
