Try strength training. more muscle = more calorie burn EVERY DAY (not just when you work out)

Tried the "chocolate spread" (aka chalky nasty salty goo) and "Marshmallow dip" (chemical white goop). I would try their syrup but I really don't want to waste another 6 dollars on something I'm gonna end up throwing out. Btw does anyone know if the syrup any better than ED Smith light syrups?

In response to strongbow not being the same: Have you tried Angry Orchard's Cider? Deliciousness..... Its a abit sweet but I like it a lot. Also I dunno why it is mentioned on the bottle, maybe other cider's have gluten, I dunno, but its gluten free (really doesn't matter to me, but might to some)

I would suggest bigger meals. Snack foods can tend to be processed. I haven't had a look at your food diary so maybe you eat really clean snacks. Also, I am not super healthy myself and eat a lot of processed junk and sometimes not the best "meals" and snack a lot at night, so I should probably follow my own advice ...…

Do you just mean the time wise its unreasonable. Still 3 months to lose 2 sizes. I'm curious about iifym. I have no idea what my macros should be plus I'm training for a half marathon, so even though most of the time it suggest doing low carb, that is definitely not gonna work in my situation.

If you like any kind of pudding, you would love the dulce de leche pudding (jello brand) its sugar free fat free but absolutely does not taste like it. Its so good, but also really addictive. In fact, I really want to buy more now... but then I'll probably eat all 6 snack cups in 2 days because thats how much I love it.

I DON'T have a nutritionist/health care people. The reason I have recovered is because I have somehow been able to force myself to stop. I just need some advice from normal people cause I don't know what/how much I should be eating. Like what a normal person's everyday intake is.
