Nuts are a pretty good option to boost your calories but still be healthy, and they don't have a great deal of carbs in them.

Hahaha, check my post just before yours! Obviously great minds think alike! (extremely good choice though)

If you haven't had much alcohol before than a long island ice tea will probably not be to your liking! I love girly drinks to so I would suggest either a woo woo, or a sex on the beach. A woo woo is Vodka, Peach Schnapps and Cranberry, and a Sex on the beach is the same but has orange juice as well! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Feel free to add me as a friend if you want some extra support/advice :)

I think so! As long as you can handle in then yes! Though its probably better to work out 5 days a week, if you are feeling tired from the exercise as you don't want to tire yourself out and miss more than a couple of days in a row :)

I'm in the UK, and it hasn't been released here yet, but I shall have a look on amazon to see if I can import it!
-
I agree, pick up where you left off :) but if you're finding it really difficult maybe stick at level one for a few more days?
-
It's different for different products, I think a cup of rice is around 300 grams though.

Walking to the store, finding they don't have what I want and then walking home, empty handed!

Can I join? If so my goals are: - At least 35 minutes of exercise EVERYDAY - Drink at least 8 cups of water - Stay as close to my calorie goal as possible - Lose at least 1 pound.
-
Oh no, I read wrong, I haven't paid but I was wondering what you actually received for your money.
-
same actually!

Water weight is a definite possibility, have you been drinking enough water? Its probably just a hiccup, I know its tough but try not to get too depressed about it, that'll have the reverse effect of what you want to happen.

CW: 127 Goal Weight: 115 I really hate weighing myself...eugh!
-
I know its not a mixer but white wine is quite low in calories and if you want to splash out champagne is quite low too (and really yummy)!
-
Hey all, sorry bit very busy for the last week but will weigh in later for my starting weight! I am already quite small but have quite a fear of scales so this will be a momentous occasion for me!
-
It can be a problem as alcohol and snacks etc have so many calories, however I'm not going to stop myself having fun with friends because of this, I think moderation is the key! Jell-o is kind of low fat/calories... so I guess that part of the jell-o shooter is lol!

I'm in!

You probably are just building muscle and losing fat, which is always a plus but can add pounds to the scale! Maybe get a fat percentage scale and use that which will tell you how much of your body is fat and what is muscle, which is a more accurate reading of your health. You can use measurements as well, just google fat…
