I have a crush on myself right now too. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I find a lot of men attractive so most of them don't stand out to me, but a few guys on MFP have made my jaw drop. Ridiculously hot. :blushing:

Fantastic! You look amazing.

I do weights, Pilates, and cardio. My stomach's shrinking like crazy and that's my worst spot.

Exactly. The OP's friend more likely needs therapy to tackle those issues first. I know which emotional issues led me here. Somehow turning 40 removed a lot of the head noise and made me really ready for this life change. PositiveGoals, I was really touched reading your story. I respect each person's ability to choose…

You look fantastic in the long dress and soooooo young. Congrats!

I was 4 sizes away from my true shoe size when I started all this and my feet have already reduced almost 2 sizes. I'm also not anywhere close to my goal. PA21, I love your ticker pic!

Thanks superhippiechik! I've really been debating getting these. I'm sold.

1) Soda - I can't drink diet because fake sweeteners make me ill. 2) Coffee with lots of milk and sugar. 3) Chocolate Milk. I can drink a ton of it if I'm not careful. I just found a recipe for homemade Cheez-its last night. And I will be making them. So bad.

I hear you. I started over myself earlier this month. I thought because I was so good with exercise I could cheat here and there with food and then here and there turned into every week. I was stuck at the same weight for almost 3 months then gained 3 pounds and freaked out. I then decided to follow the healthyweightforum…

Congrats to you and your wife! I love your take-charge attitude. Also, congrats on those health numbers. The change in your A1C and Glucose levels blew me away! I always remind myself that all this is for my health (and happiness).

I applaud the strength and dedication it took for your lifestyle change. You look marvelous. You will lose those last 15 pounds. I know you can do it. I wish I could give you advice, but I'm new to all of this. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools

Pizza Hut is my weakness. I cannot control myself so I just don't eat it at all. I make my own pizza at home so I can control the calories and get my pizza fix without feeling like I'm sacrificing anything. Does your mom allow you to cook? It's easier to have your favorite foods, but not all the calories if you're making…

43 pounds is a fantastic loss. I'm too afraid to try on smaller jeans right now, so I'm using a jacket that never fit me (but does now - snugly though) as a measure of my progress. Congratulations. :drinker:

Congratulations! Don't be nervous, you're beautiful. You're my new inspiration.

Someone told me I looked less "rotund". LOL. I didn't ask but whatever. I try not to talk about losing weight with others, but I'm prepared if they want to try. I'll just ignore them. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

Thank you so much for your honesty. You're very brave. It's easy for all of us to get caught up in trying to "fix" the damage we done of becoming overweight by cutting too many calories/undereating. Your story showed us why we shouldn't do that. Good luck.

I say be grateful no one notices then they might try to give you pressure or sabotage you. You notice, your husband notices and we (MFPs) certainly notice. You look gorgeous!

Warm up some olive oil comb it through dry hair, wrap hair in plastic wrap (or bags) for about 20 minutes then wash out. Be sure to put cotton balls in your ears to catch any dripping. Your hair will come out extra shiny as well. Vitamin E oil will work also. I get mine at Trader Joe's. My local news was talking about this…

What a difference in 30 days. You look great!

You look beautiful/sexy/confident. Congratulations!

WoW and only WoW. Horde all the way. I purposely didn't by the Cataclysm expansion because I love WoW too much. Now I play Stardoll though it isn't a video game.

Everything you wrote is spot on. I'm currently in the trial and error mode which can get frustrating. Your post was good reminder to quit stressing and just take it day by day. BTW does anyone have the link to the fellow MFP (blond female) who lost 100+ pounds without surgery. I searched all over and can't find her thread.…

Fantastic! Keep up the good work. When I can fit into jeans in the teen sizes I'm going to treat myself to some Donna Karen Skinny Jeans. I can't wait. Thanks for the inspiration.
