I haven't change any of my foods! I've started eating a healthier cereal for breakfast in the morning but it's a cereal i love anyway! i've switched from full fat to semi skimmed milk as i can't tell the difference but skimmed is disgusting so i wont bother! i've eaten chocolate... and ice cream... and bacon..... lovely…

Im just focusing on calories for now as i'm only starting out... maybe in the future i will care more about the other things but for now calories is literally all i look at! When I keep under my cals all my other things tend to stay under the limits as well so that's good enough for me at the mo! xxx

I've read so many good things about this woman but when i go on amazon to look at the dvds and read the reviews it really puts me off. Thanks everyone! Great suggestions but I have no idea what some of them are as I'm in the UK? I guess moderation is the key for now... and yes I like dark chocolate so maybe I'll switch if that's a healthier option xxx
