There is no easy way to deal with emotional eating other than owning the emotion you are dealing with and working through that emotion. Food really has nothing to do with why you are uncomfortable with an emotion. That is a psychological approach. Talking to someone about how you are feeling. Often emotional eaters are…

Boy did I need to see this today or what? Yepper, I still haven't changed some things in my eating and that's why I'm still slipping and sliding around. I just have to talk to myself more and stop beating myself up if I slip. Just get right back on it and carry on. My biggest thing is that I miss logging on my fitness pal…

You look absolutely amazing. The photos before and after, I believe you look 10 years younger already and the glow to your skin is amazing. You certainly have inspired me because I have a lot of weight up in my face and bust and chest and back. I'll just keep on keeping on and see where this journey takes me. Thanks for…

Thanks for sharing your amazing story. I was told once that I might not lose much weight but that my body shape would be changing and I would lose inches. I'm finding this to be the case. So, it's nice to know that not everyone loses weight necessarily in order to look great. Keep up the beautiful work of inspiring others…

Happy August for sure. I came back to MFP after being absent for over a year. I have more weight to lose than when I first started out on this program. I've Decided to take the bull by the horns and do it. I learned not to allow anyone to get between me and my well being. I have always put others before myself and that's a…

Thank you for being an amazing inspiration to me. I'm 60 years old. Been here before. I lost 35 lbs. the first time. Gained it all back and then a few more lbs. when I got into a relationship. Now back with myself and having to take care of me again. I will not give up on myself this time. I've been praying for some…

Well, I'm 59 years old and 5 ft. 7 in. and you certainly have inspired me. You look amazing. Nice to see that the excess goes away and there's no hang left behind to deal with. I guess the exercise takes care of that. I've started here and have fallen off the program. Trying to get myself motivated to get back on the horse…

You do look fantastic. I actually cried when I saw your post because I am so happy for you. You have inspired me and a lot of others to keep going on this journey. Thanks for the inspiration. I carry all the weight in my mid section and wondered about the weight loss. I've lost 23 lbs. now and still have that roll in the back, which has come down to two instead of three and the thick middle still. The rest of me is getting smaller. I found a picture of me from a year ago christmas…

Well, I'm sure you are way over 20 lbs. weight loss by this last post. I was going through success stories and I came across this one. It's inspiring because I just came to MFP 2 months ago and last night I weighed myself. I lost 20 lbs. so far and I'm excited. It's the lightest I've been in some time. I am not even…

Thank you for the inspiration. You look fantastic and it's nice to know that I too will see a difference a year from now when I'm sitting down at Christmas Dinner although, this year, I was very aware of what I was eating and even posted it all here in MFP and was over a little, but not as much as I would have been over a…

I can see the difference. You don't even look like the same person actually as you are happier and your hair is shiny just like your bubbly personality. Thanks for the inspiration you gave me this morning because I'm hoping that one year from now I can see that same difference in me. I started here Nov. 1st this year and…

You look absolutely amazing even though you are just starting your journey. I can identify with you because I am only 6 weeks into my journey and I look different already too. Your skin is vibrant now. Your smile is infections. Your eyes shine. I agree you look like you lost more than 12 lbs. It must be all the inches you…

All I can say is Wow...I'm on the program 3 weeks. I am seeing results. I just can't get over how scupltured your body is from what it was when you first started. I'm hoping for a result like this. Thanks for the Inspiration. (((HUGS)))

Congratulations !!! You are an inspiration to me. I've just started MPF on Nov. 1st and lost 10.6 lbs. already. The girl I work with told me that if I stick with it, she believes I can lose about 30 to 35 lbs. in 3 months. I didn't know what to think about that. It's amazing how the scale is going down when I've tried…
