My newest Favorite goto snack is a half cup of 0% Fage plain Greek yoghurt with 1/2 an ounce of unsalted smoothe almond butter and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice mixed in. 140 calories, super delicious and surprisingly filling.

I got my BF the original Nook with 3G wifi and he freaking loves that thing. It was probably the best gift I've ever given him and, judging by the fact that he uses it every single day, I'd say that it's probably the best gift he's ever received (other than his children).
