Bodypump is gay. Do Stronglifts 5x5 or Starting Strength with cardio added in on your days off. You'll get results very steadily.

Bands are not actually anything like lifting weights. Bands are meant to be attached to straight weight for accommodating resistance, not replacing it.

Lordosis is a common problem with powerlifters. We generally fix it with heavy, weighted ab exercises.

I like to do the tabata protocol with front squats and farmer's walks

^This. People in other cultures walk around completely (or sometimes almost completely) naked and no one has any problem with it.

When your motivation wanes you have to rely on dedication and determination to get up and go train. When I got home tonight I DID NOT want to train but I did and once I started it wasn't bad at all. The key for me is listening to super loud heavy metal. I also schedule my hardest, longest training sessions on the days that…

Sometimes you've just gotta grow some balls and do it. I leave the house at 6:00, get home after 6:00, have a wife and 3 kids to spend time with and will still bang out some cardio and a full powerlifting session. Even if I hate every second of it. No one ever said it was easy.
-
Training fasted definitely helps me when I'm trying to lose fat but when I'm trying to gain weight or prepping for a powerlifting meet I eat before and after my training sessions.
-
Dedication- develop it

Run starting strength until you can squat at least 500lbs. Then look to do something more specialized. You still havent built a base.

Your muscles trembling is actually an excitatory response from your parasympathetic nervous system.

It's good cardio too, especially if you use a wedge and a sledge instead of an axe.

Lol. I know pitching 125lb bails of hay for an afternoon is one hell of a workout Here's a video of me doing a circuit on my day off a year or so ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K347HeQfBYc

Umm.... it absolutely means that there is something wrong with you. WHAT is wrong with you is the question here. It could be hyperthyroidism, anxiety disorders, low stroke volume, mega-high blood pressure, etc... If your resting heart rate is over 80 you are not healthy.

I would also like to point out that doing tons of abs will not help you "tone up" or lose fat around your middle. You would be better off spending your time doing more cardio or some full-body resistance exercises like squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, bench presses, barbell rows or even weighted lunges
-
It depends on what your goals are. If you are trying to burn fat then it would be better to train on an empty stomach but if you are trying to develop strength or build muscle then it would be better to eat shortly before you train, drink some amino acids while you train and then eat again after you train.

How about something ACTUALLY EFFECTIVE? Standing Barbell Overhead Presses are probably one of the best ab builders out there. I also like box squats in the 8-10 rep range for abs.

^This. Even if you are training with heavy weights you can do some active recovery work on your days off to increase your GPP. I will usually do stuff like jogging, 100 meter springs, push ups, sit ups, dragging a weighted sled up and down the street, carrying around an atlas stone, pushing a car, throwing an atlas stone,…

Creatine increases intracellular water retention by increasing your body's ability to synthesize ATP which is used in active transport (in layman, it helps your body create the fuel which is used to draw water into your muscle cells). Once this water is inside the muscle cell, it is mixed in with various proteins,…

Body pump will not make you bulky. You will not accidentally gain too much muscle. If you are eating less than you are burning you probably won't gain any muscle at all. Also, body pump classes do not impose enough demand on your recovery abilities to warrant you taking many days off. It is not strength training, it's…

Exercise #1: put them back in their original packaging Exercise #2: mail that worthless siht back to the manufacturer and demand your money back If something only weighs 2lbs you can't exercise with it!

I don't eat the cals I burn off with exercise. When you're in a deficit, your body will adjust its metabolism to make up for a lot of the calories that you burn during exercise by skimping on other metabolic functions (usually bodyheat). So just stick with 1200.

This one hurts so good!! http://www.flexcart.com/members/elitefts/default.asp?m=PD&cid=114&pid=3754 You can also make one for practically nothing out of a pool noodle and a pvc pipe. Lacrosse balls work nicely if you have really tight spots too.

It would probably be more appropriate for you to just put some tape over your nips
