Heya! Last Friday I weight 245 Today I weight 238. Weeks loss :: 7 lbs

I'm mostly Keto. But I generally have around 35 carbs daily instead of 15. Mostly because I love fruit. I've tried every stupid diet out there, from HCG to low fats to cleanses. Keto-ish works for me so far.

I did alright yesterday. I didn't experiment with new recipes yesterday, but I did this morning. Also went over carb goal yesterday. BUT I did get 17k steps. So jft - >10k steps - Stay under carb goal - Walk with the kiddos

I'll join! Current Weight: 241 Long Term Goal Weight: 150 Goal for this challenge:: 10lbs for May! I eat about 1300 cals a day and am generally low carb/high protien & fats. I am currently just focusing on getting 10k or more steps a day. Mid May I am starting strength training.

I did great yesterday. I hit all three of my goals. I was so close to my calorie limit though haha. 2 calories under. So just for today:: - 8 cups of water - >7000 steps - Stay under calorie limit.
