Also, mascara will help. make sure you wear lots and lots of makeup when you go lift. You can wear a padded bra until they start growing on their own if it makes you feel more comfortable.

I HAVE gloves. Occasionally i'll use them for my iso lifts. BUT. They inhibit my grip strength when I am dead lifting. I do NOT use them for dead lifts, bc i'd rather be able to do more reps and have callouses. Then again, i had callouses before lifting so...not a big deal.

When I dead i get soreness in my hamstrings and abdominals. My lower back only feels it the next day if i do Straight legged dead lifts, which I don't do very often.
