You're welcome.

Deads are great for abs. So is kicking, punching, yoga inversions.....

Most people I've met who have visible abs don't do direct ab work. I'd venture to say the biggest thing you'll get from 500 crunches a day is bored. If your goals we're bodybuilding, by all means, do direct ab work. But it's not gonna make your stomach flatter. Moderate deficit and cardio and or strength training you enjoy…

You're so awesome! Keep killing it!

Slow night in the forums?

I always try to use protection....

Jof, I will hold you and rub your belly as you weep for all you've lost.

Are you suggesting she's not doing us a favor because she's simply too gorgeous for gen pop to handle?

Fantastic results! Hope some gals wondering if they should start lifting now or later wander in and make up their minds!

Thank you very much, I will happily take that whole tray of rainbow cupcakes.

Cottage cheese. Whey in milk. Nuts, peanut butter.

519 days. At least two grand not thrown away. Best thing I ever did. Hands down.

The best, most affordable way to lose weight is to be more moderate with your eating habits and be active more regularly. Find something you like to do, and stick with it. You can empty your wallet into someone else's hand but pills and magic are not sustainable techniques.

if you're eating 2-3 pounds of food and/or drinking tons of liquid. My weight fluctuates 5-10 pounds a month depending on the day. You'll get used to and familiar with your own body's fluctuations.. Don't be discouraged by it. Water retention, TOM, recovery, can all affect your weight and make it seem inconsistent.

Cottage cheese, beef jerky. Do you use supplements or protein bars at all? My 'breakfast' is coffee and a protein bar when I'm on the go or at work.

I think it's okay to NOT be okay with where you're at. That's how many of us end up here. That's not to say you should hate yourself (or cry in the mirror everyday), but you have to have some.sort of epiphany to want to change. So, you're here now. You want to change. Do you have a sustainable nutrition and exercise plan?…

Are we looking at the same diary? I see a 750 calorie goal for tuesday the 11th. OP, I would suggest seeing a professional and reevaluating your goals and the means you're taking to reach them. It's highly likely that you ate 2000 calories of Nutella bc you've been restricting and your body is HUNGRY.

Awesome! One stepping stone on a path that you'll continue to follow!

Fourthed. Or whatever the right word is.

idc if this is a zombie thread. I have things for saying. I've found that eating what I want in moderation within my daily calorie allotment has afforded me most satidfactory results. But if you no longer want you coffee, I will happily take it off your hands. :alltehcoffeesaremine:

This is what it really comes down to. What do you love? what will you look forward to doing? What will you continue doing?

There's no reason to not do both. Disclaimer: I'm not saying you should do THIS exactly. I'm just pointing out that it's possible. It takes some tweaking, but I and many of my friends log some serious miles 3x- 4x a week AND lift 3x-4x a week. It might involve some double days, and of course, what works for you is going to…

This. Except I eat wheat pretty regularly(I found a variety i liked that only had 50 cals, 10 carbs, and 4 or 5 grams of protein a slice. It suits my macros better to eat on a regular basis than white). But, nothing is off limits. i just work it in. And, I don't eat an entire loaf in a sitting anymore.

     You're so awesome.

I'm actually that first type. But I won't take it from anyone else. Lol. Perhaps I'm an anomaly.

I think it's mean spirited masquerading as inspiring. But, you take what you can from where you can.

She's young. Skin has more elasticity the younger you are and it also depends on how long you've been obese. Just a guess. Sorry if I'm joffing and someone already said it.

Agreed. Have always felt this way. I have a friend who has an acquaintance who was in the show for a short period. He came back aghast, saying he would continue his own weightloss but that it was too crazy for him. Other contestants (not actual BL staff) were promoting and suggesting such ridiculousness as eating cotton…
