Omg. You just ruined my day by pointing out all the not literal references in every day life.

With practice comes strength. Most people are not just amazing at something when they're born. You gotta work at it. Keep adding pushups. Progressively load your lifts. You will see progress.

Headless.

No, but my Bologna has a first name.
-
Congrats on refusing to let anything stop you! Great job!

I can't wait to have this 'problem'! Great post!

Born and raised...

In. For science. No, really, for science this time.

My go to (if I'm cutting and eating out a lot) at a restaurant is a salad with meat or a grilled chicken or fish dish. If it's a once a month thing when you eat out, have what you want! One day won't derail your progress.

I came here for pictures. I am disappoint.

They also ask for semi nude pictures masquerading their intent as a body fat estimation service. Pervs.

In for lessons in unflattering pics!

Congratulations! It's awesome to hit goals. And, as you get closer to your goal weight, you might find that fitness or performance related goals take over, like how fast you run, or how much you can lift. Keep achieving them! :drinker:

Spineless.

Congrats! My bf and I quit a year in September and have saved about 3600 dollars and bought a two year old truck. The payments on it are.less than we spent on cigs. I wish I would have known 10 years ago.

Blue bunny red velvet, blue bunny white chocolate macadamia nut, breyers samoa, some brand fried Ice cream.....and probably one or two more.

I'm just not sure if this is a good idea or not but here goes nothing....

Fantastic!!

A lot of powerlifters are...fluffy. (read: a lot. Not ALL). Bc their goals aren't to be a body builder. Their goals are to lift all the weights. So, dude probably still has knowledge and wisdom to offer you when it comes to lifting. I wouldn't take his diet advice, though.
-
This is so exciting! Congrats, and thanks for the run down for others who might be interested!
-
I bet you have your cake and eat it, too. :grumble:
-
Thank God idk any women like that. But no,seriously, no one likes to look or feel stupid.and I think that's the root of a lot of the timidity.

I'm speculating, but I would think someone who incorporated iso work wouldn't just iso one thing. Can't speak for anyone else but I row and do pull ups like a mother.
-
I shrug, separate of dl. I'm of the mind that iso work has a place in a well rounded routine and body.... I'm also a hyyyoge fan of anything which may make my dl more bad@$$.

Tag for ensuing self punishment. Errr...training..

There's 24 lbs difference here, from 170 to 146.

I'm no expert but you are certainly not 27%. I'd agree with previous posters. Maybe 20-23.
