It's the same with any exercise which is challenging for you, when you first do it the soreness is so painful that it can easily put you off doing it, I would leave it for one day and then get back to it, even if you can't keep up with them at first, do what you can do, but don't take the easy option, still challenge…

I do that one at least once a week, but I also do No More Trouble Zones, 6 Week 6 Pack, Tae Bo Advanced, Keli Roberts Step it Strong, and a real oldie Cher A New Attitude, (the abs section is really good). At first all are hard but you get stronger and have to add elements to make them more challenging eventually.
