Hi everyone, I have 4 - 2 boys age 28 and 15 and 2 girls aged 26 and 19. Nowadays it's my kittens who keep me the most busy, Jimmy and Alice, because the rate my older 2 are going with relationships I won't be a grandma for about another 10 - 15 years......:grumble:

I'm in my forties and have had 4 children so if a guy stares then it's flattering, but you're never too old to be creeped out by nasty oglers and lechers, it's intimidating and sickening when guys cross the line

My children got me a barbell with lots of plates so I can start my strength training routine seriously now. :bigsmile:

Gained 3 lbs, but still been exercising and also nothing like the damage done over previous Xmas seasons. I will NOT beat myself up about it though, as it was gained so quickly it will probably go pretty quickly too, and all of us who are posting on this thread are facing up to it and not burying our heads in the sand.…
