Wow! That is an interesting article! It explains why I had Olive Garden soup and salad last night (went over sodium by 1190) and I weighed 3lbs more this morning than last!! :cry:

I can't eat re-heated chicken (GAG!) It either needs to be freshly cooked, or if it's cold, I will put it in a salad. But even then (in the salad) it tastes weird to me. :ohwell:
