When I get my own place I'm definitely getting small plates & bowls. My family has HUGE plates & I feel miserable when I only eat my regular portions on them, knowing full well that it's enough for me otherwise. Try it!

Thanks for the advice! :happy: Contingency, I'm going to definitely take you up on your offer after I finish the shred. I'm going to continue my cardio & in the meantime, I'm going to dance daily for the rest of the time that I would usually be doing my muscle training. Thank you so much! :happy:

You can stay motivated! Use that experience as inspiration for you & your daughter's lives. You guys are both unscathed (for the most part). Start off gently with walking & contracting different muscles (while stationary), & once you're healed, make your way back into it. You can do the 30 DS again, don't fret! :)
