A coworker said to me yesterday, "I see you're starting to lose that baby weight!" Sounds great, except my baby is 14 months old.

That darn inhaler! Can't live without it. I would love to cut down on mine too.

I have had to take steroids in the past for asthma, and I felt like I'd never get full. I sent you a friend request.

I could have written this post myself. I look at myself in the mirror and I am disgusted. I say I'm going to do something about it THIS TIME, but that never lasts more than a few days. This time is this first time in a long time that I really feel like I can do it. You aren't stupid - if you were you wouldn't be here…

I have PCOS. I tried for over a year to get pregnant without success. I found MFP, lost 22 lbs, and immediately got pregnant. Since I had my baby I've not been doing well at all with my diet, but I'm trying again. Good luck to you!

Amazing! Thanks for sharing.

That is great. You have really worked hard. Thank you for sharing your success.

Voted for you! Good luck.

This is great. Your family sounds very similar to mine. We too do not usually eat very healthy and are trying to make a change. Keep it up!

Yum!

I know exactly how you feel; I've been feeling the same lately. You're doing great, stick with it! I'm sending you a friend request.

Could you walk or jog pushing your son's stroller? I did that when my older daughter was a toddler, and I dropped a lot of weight. I wasn't tracking my calories then, just watching what I ate. It worked really well for me, and it was nice to have something like that to do with my daughter. I don't know where you live and…

I have the Wii fit plus, and I like that I can keep track of my progress on it. I had fallen off the work-out wagon, and just started back today. I used the wii fit plus to warm up and then got on the treadmill. I also have Just Dance, and it's a great work out. It's fun and I always end up sweating up a storm with it. I…

I did really badly yesterday too. We went out to eat for my daughter's birthday, and my preplanning did me no good since I did not stick to it! My little tracker at the bottom stated if I ate like that every day would gain 3 pounds over the next 5 weeks, so for one day the gain must be tiny. That's what I'm telling myself…

Sounds yummy and not too hard! Gotta try it.

I agree with the last post about Just Dance 2! It's a great workout, and my daughter loves to do it with me. 4 people can play at a time, so your kids could definitely do it with you. I live in Middle TN, what part of TN do you live in?

I love Just Dance 2, and I also have Gold's Gym Dance Workout. With that one you can set up a personalized routine with goals and checkpoints. It also helps you calculate calories burned. Just Dance 2 is my favorite though. I still pull out the Wii Fit Plus too!

I have a picture on my fridge from my best friend's wedding about 6 years ago. I was motivated to lose weight for her wedding because I was matron of honor, and I lost 41lbs. I really liked the way I looked then. I have gained all that back plus some, so I have that posted to help me remember how happy I was to be that…

I don't have a scheduled cheat day. I have been doing this for about 5 weeks and have gone over my calories twice. The last time was this Saturday, when I really felt the need to take a break from counting and just eat what I wanted to for 1 meal, not all day. I think sometimes I just have to take a break, otherwise I…
