Eat a muffin or something once a week, or eat one a day but fit it in your daily calories. Exercise extra to be able to eat it. After reading the calories of each item and thinking how long I would need to exercise to eat it, that kind of have dropped the big hunger to eat many foods. Everything is about self-control.

Do you have a Trader Joe or Whole Foods in your area? At least here both they have Fage very inexpensive, cheaper than Stop and shop or other supermarkets. I get the big tube for $3 something.

Wow, just looked for this. The stretch marks area is itching like crazy, even though I have applied cream. Another site suggests it is nutritional deficiency either iron or B6.

If this was a real weight gain, that week you must have been eating 3500x2=7000 above the 1200 you ate every day previously. The 2lbs is just your body adjusting. I also gained when I started TDEE but since then I have been losing both weight and inches and frequently I overeat close to the actual TDEE and still lose.

Download the JM 30 days shred from youtube (3 levels, you do each one for 10 days and then move to the next level). Do the treadmill in the morning and the shred in the afternoon or vice versa. You do not need to buy weights, just use water/soda bottles filled with water.

I lost by doing dumbbell chest press and various free weights upper arm exercise -fly bench, fly decline, fly bench press- Lol, that's why I stopped them. Went from 40E to 36 DD.

You can also carry a backpack/front or back bike basket and increase the weights you carry (start with books/potatoes etc)

Now that I started shopping in my closet for clothes that are 12 years old, I noticed that they are labeled large or 12-14, but when I go to the store, same labels/designers but I wear medium and size 10-12.

I do TDEE- so I eat the same amount of calories every day, regardless whether I exercised or not. I did not gain anything the days I did not exercise. The muscles need time down to repair.

You do not need to lose any weight. You already look very thin and you are in the normal weight range. Instead do toning of your body. Try fitnessblender.com and do total body workouts, pilates, and various bodyweight toning. you can also try blogilates for more exercise videos.

The question is what were you eating before? Do you weigh and log all your food? Were you always at 1300 calories all these 4 years? Do you go to a gym or exercise at home? Is it 3 hours of zumba + weights or total 3hs? You can see my reply in your other post. Email if you want to ask anything.

@santosjc29 Did you use the calculator? It has your bmr, the minimum you should be eating at 1573, and it suggests 1829 calories for TDEE-25%. @seg49, if you are maintaining at 1600 that means that you are just adjusting your metabolism as you had been under eating all this time. It usually takes about a month as you increase the calories. Calculate and play with the numbers to have an idea what your calories level should be.…
