8 or 9 from what I can see!

Yes, I definitely have been increasing my weight steadily (I probably started out too light, but each workout is a challenge).

I really do need to start drinking more water.... one of those things I know but ten to ignore ;) Thanks!

Holy wow! You look AMAZING!!!

Thanks so much! That makes a lot of sense. I know that I'm getting stronger (I was squatting more than some guy in the gym yesterday... HA!) and I do know not to focus so much on the scale... it's just a hard shift to make! I don't have all that much more to lose, so I know it's going to be slower going now anyway. Thank…

I LOVE IT!! And I know others have already said it... but I love your writing style! Are you a famous writer I just don't know about? :)

[/quote] Yeah that's weird. I dated a girl who was about 5ft, and I think she weighed 120... she looked great :) Not even a little chubby (and don't get the wrong idea, I love chubby women too). She wasn't even busty or anything like that, so I'm at a loss. Can you post a photo? Either way, try this: weigh yourself…

My clothes are fitting looser, but it's because I lost around 30 pounds before now... haven't really noticed a difference since starting weight lifting or over the past few months!

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm not positive what my body fat percentage is because my scale varies greatly, but it's definitely not in the lower range haha. More info: I'm 5'3'', female, and currently at about 126 pounds. I'd like to lose maybe 7-8 more, but I'd be fine with weighing a lot more if it meant I was less…

Hey all! I'm 5'3 and currently at about 127 pounds. I started at 155, and it all came off pretty steadily, but now I feel like I've been stuck here for forever! I'm looking to get down to about 120, but I've also started weight training so I'd be fine with just being less flabby! :) Everyone feel free to add me!!

Haha! I am worried about that! Everyone is so excited at the beginning that it is really hard not to start sprinting it out! Thanks for all of the encouragement guys :)

I finished the program a few weeks ago, and I am SO happy with the results! I went from not being able to run for 30 seconds (After that first week, I truly thought I had died) to being able to run an entire 5k! I still can't run much past 30 minutes without having to stop, but that's still a HUGE improvement! I have a…

Hey! I'm 5'2 & 3/4 ... y'all know how important that 3/4 is! I'm currently at 131 pounds, and I started at about 155. I'm looking to get down to 115/120 pounds eventually! Anybody feel free to add me... I'd love to have some more friends!

Awesome!!! I'm in the 9th week of the program, and I have no idea why, but I am having soooo much trouble! Last week I ran 28 minutes with no problem, but now I'm getting tired after like 15. Whaaaat?! Anyways haha, CONGRATS!!! That's such a great feeling!! :)
-
Hey! I'm 22 :) I'll add you - everyone else, feel free to add me too!!

Who knows what I did wrong? That's what happens when I try to do ANYTHING after only a few hours of sleep! Haha thank you everyone for all of your wonderful advice!
-
How did you get that BMR? My activity level is sedentary - lightly active (I try to exercise 3 times a week as well. )
-
I'm 5'3'', currently at 135 pounds, and I'd like to lose about another 15 pounds (I'm not exactly sure yet.) According to that website, my BMR is 1164. According to MFP I guess it would be 1200?

I'm 22! Feel free to add me, everyone... I'd love to have more support and friends! :)

I don't normally struggle to eat that many, no worries haha! Just occasionally I feel full on less, so I was just curious. Thanks so much for your input guys! Oh, and the healthy choices at Applebee's? SO good!! I liked it better than most of the other things I've had there! That's so awesome about Ihop doing it too...…

Thanks! I appreciate your advice. But my question was more general - is it harmful to eat below 1200 (or 1250, or 1300, or whatever I have as my goal) if I'm just full? I don't want to eat just to eat... isn't that the point of eating healthy? Thanks!
-
I'm 5'3, 22, 140 pounds, and definitely fairly sedentary!! Thanks for your advice!

Hey everyone! I've been a member for awhile, but only recently started to look to the message boards and friends for support. I'm 22 years old and trying to lose about 20 pounds! I'd love to have some new friends! :)

I'm 22 and just graduated college! A few summers ago, I went from about 160 pounds to 120 pounds. WIth the stress of college and finding a job, I went back up to 150 pounds. I'm currently at 141, and I'd LOVE to get down to at least 130. I'd love to be friends! :)
