I do this too! Mentally, I just feel more satisfied with saving my calories for later in the day. However, I make sure to eat throughout the day. Usually Breakfast, Lunch and a 3 pm snack

I have two go to 3 o'clock snacks; 1. Small bag of rold gold pretzels and a weight watchers jalapeno string cheese 2. 1tbsp roasted sunflower seeds mixed with 1tbsp pumpkin seeds (i recently developed a nut allergy, i used to eat almonds)

At first it took a little longer because I was slow and got winded but towards the end I would say 10-15 min max...You can control the speed at which you do it. I usually combine it with a short cardio day

I understand your point but when calculating your goal you can set it to lose a certain amount per week so I thought that goal already was under a maintaining goal

I just a lot of positive feedback for people staying under goal but should we be encouraging people to get closer to their goal?

When you say you are picky, what do you mean? I just don't want to make suggestions that won't interest you so if I know what you don't like I can give you a few suggestions! :)

I think everyone has them at some point. Today is a new day and you have to just forget about what happened yesterday. What you should remember is that no matter how good that food tasted yesterday you feel horrible about it today so was it really worth it?! Don't beat yourself up, just get back on track today :)

You definitely can do it! I actually lost 104land have kept the majority of the weight off since 2008 however, I have gained a little back and still have a ways to go!! :)
