TEAM SACRIMONI I'm watching a friends 5 month old today, her husband is home... but you see he had the snip so he can't watch the baby while she goes to do errands....? lol. I love having her anyway. I have 2 large bags of baby girl clothing to pass along to her. 100 jumping jacks done!

The Polar FT7 is a little more user friendly than the FT4, it has more buttons to go through the menu options. When selecting a HRM you want to get one that has a chest strap :)

Compare prices, if you're able to get the Polar FT4 or FT7 for a few more $$ it would be worth it. I'm done buying cheap things, they break then need to be replaced, you've spent the money you would have on a good quality HRM. A HRM with a chest strap is more accurate.

I have a 1200 calories goal and an open diary. I exercise 5 - 6 days a week for 30 - 60 minutes and I eat my calories back most of the time. I'm always looking for friends that log daily and are supportive.
