Vegetables ._. Broccoli and green beans especially - I can eat a family sized can of green beans in one sitting *sigh* Besides that... m&m's :tongue: Edit: And pickles :drinker:

Mozzarella and turkey ham 'croque monsieur', with a dash of cayenne chili and oregano, with a side of lettuce, radishes and mushrooms and one or two wedges of cantaloupe. Followed by a blueberry yogurt :drinker:

Raw tomatoes are my downfall - I HATE them :sick: But I adore tomato sauce :happy: Sweet potatoes are well... too sweet for me... Just like beetroot! And I'm not the biggest fan of cucumber either :/

Ah something I might have omitted is the fact that I actually am trying to increase muscle mass and that... That I m not excercicing to the excess actually. And I absolutely adore the muscle I have already gained... But thank you in any case.

Chili powder coated grilled chicken breast on a bed of gnochetti sardi, thinly cut radishes and arugula with a bit of chili olive oil. And with added pepper and salt post picture. T'was very nice :drinker:

Oooh, this is a difficult question :P I'd guess steamed broccoli and spinach cooked with a dollop of cream own the first place~ afterwards, practically every vegetable (zucchini! eggplant! ASPARAGUS :smooched: !) that is grilled will make my day :P

Home made pizza :happy: ! One side with thin sliced red bell pepper and a bit of mozzarella, the other one was plain with mozzarella and then I ended up adding prosciutto and arugula. Everything being showered generously with oregano! 630 cals of pure heaven :heart:

Calories in / calories out, not matter whether it's junk or not. You won't gain (except maybe water retention) if you remain under your calorie goal but what you've eaten might not be as filling as if you'd eaten something healthier - hence, you might feel hungry rapidly and without any calorie left. Ooooh, I love such posts :D! My favourite combo is: mixed greens (Römer, arugula, iceberg), shredded carrots and zucchini, corn, a couple of black olives, green spring onions and lacerate ham! No need for dressings, the natural juice of the corn makes up for it :flowerforyou:

You said you'd be eating out isn't it? Then, if you already know the name of the restaurant you'll attend, take a look at their website (most have one) and pre plan what you will eat!
