5'4 here, and currently around 105 pounds and trying to get up to 110-112 :)

Yes! An old 'friend' once told me - 'You re always so strict with your diet, you are never eating anything fun.' First of all, to eat something 'fun'? Secondly, I treat myself daily except if I know I ll have a huge meal at some point of the day. And finally, you are the one with sh**ty eating habits, so don t you even…

To gain muscle and strength back and to get my period fixed. To be able to do a handstand and a variety of other bodyweight tricks and to be able to show off a little :P. To get more muscular thighs and glutes - I want to be able to sport a tattoo one day~ And over all, just to be happy and healthy as long as I can...

Radishes!

Indeed not exactly what I'm searching, but it sure does help  I'm actually searching for stories of people having either lost too much weight or naturally slender who have gained muscle and mass to achieve a healthy weight~

Apple, goat cheese, walnut and honey grilled sandwich with a side of radishes and field salad. Heaven on a plate if I was asked :drinker:

Don't worry, I'm not offended  Again, thanks to all for mentioning resistance and for giving the advice that goes with it! I'm probably going to experiment with several exercice variations, inspired of/by this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KutF8wPlk4Q Ah, and by the way, I guess my fitness and strength level is…

Thanks to the four of you, all of your comments are definitely pertinent and encouraging :flowerforyou: DavPul - you definitely are pointing out something I had forgotten: the fact that it's about resistance. Thanks A LOT!

Thank you!

I've been able to do some, two being my best on good days (pretty lame, I know  ), but the occasions I had to train on something similar to a bar were (and are) rather scarce. As soon as I can get my hands on an adequate bar, I'll make sure to up my amount of reps though! (I'd love to be able to do 10 in a row…

I haven't but I'll make sure I'll take a look! Thanks!

Thanks for the info! The backpack is definitely a possible solution though... I'll have to take books as I don't have any bricks on hand :P I've been using a couple of dumbbells, but will definitely try to lay a hand on free weights! --- Might indeed

That's my main issue :/. I've been thinking of handstand push ups and harsher variations of other exercices but I believe I still need to search more. The best would be guidance.... And for the calorie surplus, I know and will naturally do so  . Even though it will have to weight until the end of August as I'm…

Good lord, that looks wonderful :drinker:

Yeah, I tend to watch my protein too. I typically wake up, eat 20g of muesli/oats with vanilla greek yogurt and frozen raspberries, work out, then eat a fruit and plain greek yogurt. Later on, I also eat a piece of a protein bar~
-
Well despite it not being a meal in it self, nuts are very calorie and nutrient dense. Of course it's a major fat source with a side of protein. Beneath that, I'd search for weight gain (protein) bars as they can be used as meal replacers! And try vitamin pills to replace the vegetables that can't be eaten because they are…

I've been trying to nail pistols and have managed one so far. Eh, at least I'm not falling down anymore  Walking lunges have always been part of my exercice regime but don't seem to dish out results like they should. Ah, well, I guess that's my fault in any case... Thank you for the list in any case :drinker:

Bump :ohwell:

I do that from time to time, essentially when I'm attending some kind of feast the next day. It's just like calorie cycling in the end. One day ou eat 1800, the other 1500, then 2100 and so on. Look at your calorie intake as a weekly budget instead of a daily one. I've read great success stories of people working their…

Oh gosh  I guess I'd do the same with veggies, but I prefer to let others gawk when I go and get thirds or fourths :drinker:

Oh god, is your plate... a pie dish :'D?

Sweet heart, if that's you in your picture, then you are already thin enough! You haven't mentioned your height, but 45kg definitely is too low except if you are 155 cm or something around this. And you won't look pretty if you get this low, I can give you my word as I'm barely 48.5kg for 166cm. And, honestly, I deeply…

Gosh, you're welcome :blushing: ! Even though the greek yogurt isn't as rich as mascarpone is (I reckon you could, if it still is too liquid for your taste, thicken it out with a cheese cloth or a simple paper towel), the outcome still is very satisfying and light tasting  Just as a tip, be sure to make it INTO…

Sorry, I was off exercising :P To those asking why I'm eating it, it's mainly because my mother bought it for erm... well me to eat  (and because I'm an incredible failure at making tuna pizzas :blushing: ). And I can't refuse it :ohwell: Though I prefer to do my own definitely! And I'm not home tomorrow (and I…

I do exactly the same thing! Not always what I appreciate, but oh well, at least it'll allow me to remain within my calorie goal by the end of the day!
-
Eh, I could, I could, but where would the taste go ? The main issue, if I can put it that way, is that my mother is over and just... wouldn't appreciate seeing me do such a thing :/

Made myself a tiramisu 'parfait' as a snack :drinker: Simply a 'spoon biscuit' (having no clue of how to call those in english) dipped in an espresso shot, greek yogurt mixed with a dash of sugar, a couple of raspberries, another spoon biscuit topped of with the rest of the sweetened yogurt~ edit: and a quarter of a…

Well, 'wow' is all I've got to say :drinker:

I work out 7 days a week and typically go to bed at 10.30 p.m. and get up at 6 a.m. . I usually get between 7.30 and 7 hours of sleep and maybe a bit more on the weekends
