I actually like most of my body but... I absolutely love my hands - they are the ones of a pianist. My eyes are quite beautiful too, a mix of hazel and vague gold :smile: And my shoulders and collarbones/clavicles shouldn't be forgotten!

I typically exercice for an hour and a half per day if that is of any use. I do get my protein and fats etc, don't worry! Not all but still... Thanks for the general advice! I've been pondering my diet and macros and have just reset them in terms of goals. I'll be trying to hit 55/25/20 now, which LARGELY differs of what I was consuming (t'was something like... 65/??/?? maybe? And high blown sugar intakes, ugh). Ah, protein indeed. I usually am able to hit my goals there, by eating some kind of meat during lunch and balancing it out with ham during the evening. I also try to find dairy products having a higher percentage. I can't seem to be able to find protein powder around here (living in France, in a very VERY lost place)...…

I don't think it's such a ridiculous question... I've got meter long hair (almost 44 inches I believe), and it's quite some work to wash it, get knots and other crap out and finally dry it. But, meh, I guess you can still count that as daily activity :P
