i dont count my drinking days haha i dont see any weight gain the next day so it doesnt bother me i drink to drink and have a good time. it isnt any fun count calories all night...some people will hate that remark lol im a nazi regarding food, alcohol..not so much

i do :/ they think 1300 calories are not enough in the day. and yeah it a HUGE difference from what i used to eat. Its the comparison i think is what's freaking them out. I'm perfectly fine with a 1200 calorie day. im definitely not full but im alright dont stress on it. we know how our bodies work. low cals and excersize…

this morning i put a slice of tomato, one sliced hard boiled egg white, and fat free mozzarella cheese on half of a bagel then broiled it until the cheese got all gooey DELICIOUS!!!!!! could have been better with an english muffin though :)

unfortunately yes :( lol i went from a DD to a C, i lost about 50 from square one SUCKS! but all depends on the person and how you carry your weight but its expected to lose some
