  • As a veggie generally far too many carbs (in particular pasta) with no idea of portions Alcohol at uni did not help - and I was drinking stupidly calorific drinks. Before I started I thought my diet was fine and wasn't sure where I was going wrong as I did not eat high fat food, but I did not look at calories in high carb…
  • Haha I like it
  • I have it, there was a thread on here about it. I have only done the first mission but it seems good fun!
  • Not read them but I was intrigued, don't think I'll bother. However a friend of mine was on the train last week and there was a lady in front of her who was trying to disguise the cover of the book, but the title at the top of the page was still obvious, and she was practically writhing in her seat. My friend ended up with…
  • No one seems to have addressed your responses and MULTIPLE posts saying you have taken in the advice you just keep getting people having only read the first post. Kudos to you in coming through what you have and responding to this with such maturity.
  • 37.2lb, 17 months very slow, have been battling the last few for quite some time though and I've been lifting now since October so the scale hasn't been mattering as much as inches etc. Most of the weight loss was Jan-Oct last year but I have broken my plateau and hit 3 lb to goal in the past month or so.
  • Genius thread!
  • I'm a constant D, stayed a D when I gained which made them smaller by proportion, now I've lost they've stayed a D and look much bigger for my frame, which is nice as I was always the one with big boobs in my teens, something wasn't quite right....
  • Like a healthy version of a drinking game! And The Little Mermaid is my favourite Disney film.
  • I see some more sufferers thanks for sharing! I can't say that I do clench/tense it in any way whatsoever...... so not sure if something in my mouth will really help. My little brother also had a double jointed jaw with me when I was younger but he has not had the same other problems - yet! But I still think some genetic…
  • Hi yes I hadn't heard of it for anything other than the back but he said it seemed like the disc of cartilage had come out of place and that it was something more related to that than specifically muscular as I had not been having headaches with it and do not regularly grind/clench my jaw. I'll carry on looking into what…
  • Take that as a no then
  • I have just been manually adding as the fitbit only goes by movement and mine is quite off the 300 extra they advise to eat on workout days. But stage 1 shorter I have been manually adding 240-250 ish to here and hoping for the best! Its been fine so far.
  • Not a problem :)
  • I love mine! There is a fitbit group on here the threads are great for answering questions
  • Fantastic
  • Went today. Loved it!!

  • I'm a little confused by what Brenda is saying. I have my sodium counted on here as one of my macros I don't know why you need to visit elsewhere. Sodium (salt content) generally makes you retain water so its usually something people want to avoid. I know MFP might be not super accurate, so many people for the sake of not…
  • Sorry you friended me yesterday and the first thing I noticed was I've never seen anyone's net calories so low. I'm even more concerned that you've just increased them what you were doing before. You ate 1294 and burned 1245, that's a NET of 49 calories for the whole day - not nearly enough to keep losing for long and…
  • Added you too  I just had someone add me about half an hour ago from a thread I wrote on last year for people in the UK too funnily enough. I'm not one to criticise so usually just don't say a well done if its a bit lowish, but this lady's diary is the worst I've seen open on my feed. According to her exercise she's…
  • Added everyone yeaaaaaaaaa! Yeah part of reason for starting this was looking at friends lists and seeing people eating around 1000 tops
  • Added everyone! I have tried Chalean Extreme and I've been through it twice in my lounge so not brand new to weights but have fallen for them and their effects on my inches as well as overall health (I swear I've not had a proper cold since I started). Invested in some at home for that so so far I've only bought a new…
  • Also at home!
  • Added you too! Fun little gang
  • Request also sent :)
  • Request sent - Potters Bar so also Herts just outside the M25. Woo
  • Hi Everyone! I bought the book a little while before Christmas when I was doing CLX. Loved the look of it but doing it at home I needed some more bits and pieces. After Christmas I have just done CLX again now I've made a better investment and started day one of this. Comedy attempting to balance on the prone jackknifes…
