Hey everyone! I've been getting lots of comments about my weight loss IRL lately, so I thought I would update my progress pics. Still working toward goal (have gone from 195 to 162 since Christmas) - definitely need to tone up - but I'm finally back in the "healthy" BMI range!

I ran the numbers as if I were you (5'6", 168lbs), though, to see where it may be overestimating and at sedentary with 1lb/week loss it gave me net 1300 something (1340 I think?) and lightly active it gave me net 1600. The calculation is pretty simple. Misfit shows a total burn of 2995 for the day. Not getting double credit - MFP takes the total daily burn from Misfit then subtracts their estimate of your NEAT + logged exercise and subtracts that to get your Misfit adjustment. I use an activity tracker - Misfit Shine - for calorie burns. I'll log runs/some walks separately via MapMyFitness, but that subtracts from the adjustment I get from Misfit. Yeah, that happened to my husband's Flash - they sent him new wristbands. But then it got water damage, replaced that, then it just quit again. We returned it to Amazon and got a Shine instead.

That's insane! I just took a look at the leader board and the top team went 166 miles. That's 23.6 miles per person! One hell of a team they've put together there! My team averaged a little over 12k and did 35 miles. We're ranked 9000 something now that more teams are reporting.
