As far as weighing myself, last Wednesday I was .

That outfit is freaking cute as hell girl and you look great! And yes, your ex deserves what he got.

.... Then this is doable. Completely doable. Like, so doable, it'd be practically easy. This week I'm going around the 1200-1500 (eating some but not all cals back)... If my gross is 1900, I can do that. At least I think I can!

Bump?

Do I workout more, or no? I think mentally I can raise my calories by 100. I think I can be OK with that. So say on Monday I hit NET 1200, and I continue to do that till next Monday, where I NET 1300? That's what you meant? Another big reason for this is I(as well as my boyfriend and friends) have said verbatim that I was…

When I started dietting I had been told this by a friend. Initially once a week I'd do strength, and my main focus was cardio. Now as I've lost a significant amount of weight [and went to a 38DD to a 34C/38B :( ] I have more focus on my strength exercizes (and no, I'm not bulky lol). My breasts are firm, perky, generally…

I suppose I can make carrot fries.

As much as I've found a love of carrots and broccolli and spinach... ... I'm getting tired of it. I hate how everything healthy has to be cold (ie. Fresh veggies, salad) and everything not healthy is warm and comforting (burgers, pizza, pasta, etc). Having a vacation from my diet made me really miss that stuff. I think…

What? You run at 18mph? What?! I'm kind of sure 18mph is slightly less than Usain Bolt's speed. Edit: Aaah an 18min mile. That's a bit better for a beginner runner lol
-
I run at 5.0-5.5mph... 7.75mph is not a zombie pace... Edit: I think I'm confused on your conversion.

I did C25K and 30DS daily back in January, till I injured myself from doing both things everyday. C25k didn't terribly work for me. It worked up till week 5, and I found my success of 30 min straight running (and now, plus some) by extending my run by one minute each time. I found once I hit 16min straight running, I was…

Your "now" face looks like a much younger brother of your "before" face

That 'plus sized' comment happened to me today too! And I said the same thing - shoulda seen me 6months ago!!

GOSH NO. I've been running since Dec using that program and I used to be a sprinter - 7mph - now I run at 5.2-5.5 mph. Right now J'm working on my speed. Don't worry. You'll speed up, worry about getting through those intervals! Haha!

My boyfriend was worried about me developing an eating disorder and he told me "Being skinny does not guarantee anyone will love you." It sounded really harsh (and it was!) but he meant it as "all of your dreams will not come true because you skipped breakfast or didn't have dessert." ... And I kind of needed that tough…

I used to do track in grade 8 and I was a sprinter. I still am. My running success has always been speed in short distances. My longest was 400m race, and I did a great job every time. When I saw the 90sec run I was "Really..? Come on. 90 sec is nothing!" And when I started week 1, I was like "oh god grade 8 track was like…

I've never had a pedicure... Would you reccommend them to aid running?

There was a study done that said people that are faced with the risk of losing money for failing to reach weight loss goals in a time frame lost/performed better on average 4x as much as those without that risk. Even if it's a small amount!

It's funny though... I heard your toenails could fall off while running and that disgusts me so I keep them trimmed. Last night I was thinking about cutting them but didn't (obviously). Turns out I should have! And the nail that was too long was my ring toe on my right foot. It angled as it wasn't a straight cut and the…

You are MY inspiration now!

The takeaway I hope you c25k people take from this is that I didn't quite follow the program... I mean, I did, I tried, but essentially I gave up and tried something new, and accomplished the same goal. But seriously I'm not trying to bag on the program, I loved it! It was a great intro to running for me! I just couldn't…

Yeah!! Really helped me feel stable on my ankles! Never knew they were weak lol Since I've bloodied up mine up I'm looking at more colourful shoes, and using those ones to run outside in the mud in. I'm thinking the Lunarglide. And yes, I'm planning my 10k in May for the Run for MS (to support my dad and show him I'm as…

Aww! I wasn't even fishing for compliments! Lol! Thanks!

OK. I'm just worried I'll look like that girl from that TLC special with the giant legs. Like, even for being fat my legs are thick. It really sucks. Makes me wish I was more like my mom with her apple shape (even though I know the dangers with that) but at least she can wear cute knee high boots and doesn't have to buy…

Bump.

Age: 25 Height: 5'6" SW: 215-220lbs CW: 167 GW: 130-150 (whatever feels right) I have an hourglass shape that is slowly turning into a pear shape the more weight I lose :( but once I lose more and lose wide calves and thunder thighs I'll be back to the hourglass. I worry that 130 will look too skinny, but I do want to hit…

I became fat because 1) I took culinary arts in college and though was skinny at the beginning of the program, and relatively average at the end of it, it's what started the weight gain. My profs had a policy - if you screw up a dish, you had to eat it, so you know WHY it's wrong and therefore do it right the next time.…

I can't stand hair touching my neck when I'm exercizing. It's always been a nuisance for me, even before I started working out. I've learned to get used to the feeling of hair brushing my neck, and when my hair is clean and washed, it's awesome. But the moment I get sweaty... It takes all my willpower not to cut my hair…

Now, I'm not a special snowflake, but I've lost close to 50lbs in under six months mostly eating heathily, (veggies and all that) but also included on a frequent basis eating nachos and drinking beers and eating McDonald's (and it wasn't a salad!! Gasp!!) So honestly, I don't believe in "bad food". Well, I do, but not in…

I laughed so hard I choked on my snap peas.
